Small Care Groups:

Dear Friends,

 You are warmly invited to join our care groups, make long-lasting friendships, grow deeper in your walk with God, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Nothing compares to the joy of creating strong Christian friendships. Rest assured, for here at Calvary….You are loved!!!!!

Care Groups meet on the second and fourth Sunday evenings of each month.

Care groups meet at 6:00 P.M. and last until 7:30 P.M.

Here at Calvary we believe in the power of relationships.  We believe that everyone in the church needs to be part of a care group.  In our care groups God’s love is seen through the warm smiles and the friendly conversation. 

We encourage everyone to join a care group and allow God to show his love to you through friendships with other believers.

Meet our Care Group Leaders….

Larry and Nancy Barton:
Larry and Nancy’s care group meets at Charles and Cindy Saylor’s home in Kissimmee near St. Cloud. Larry has a passion for teaching and you will come away blessed from this group. They are a mixed age group with both couples and singles. 

Charles and Mona Malson:
Charles and Mona’s group meets in a warm country atmosphere in St. Cloud near Narcoossee. Charles and Mona have the gift of hospitality and you will leave this group knowing that you are loved. The group is mixed ages and both singles and coupled. 

Jeanette Appolon:
Jeanette leads our care group for teenagers. They meet at the church. Jeanette’s group is known for its closeness and the kids love the opportunity to express themselves. Jeanette deals with real life issues that face our teens. The group is open to both girls and guys from the age of 12 to 18. 

John and Rena Edward:
John and Rena’s group meets at the wonderful wooded home of Sergio and Janet Salono in Kissimmee towards Poinciana. This group has a fire for God and they are open to both couples and singles of all ages. 

Ken and Beth Eimers:
Ken and Beth’s group meet at the quaint home of Beryl Gardner. Beryl’s home is very close to the church so, it is perfect if you live nearby. You will be blessed in this group as they are known for their hospitality. They are open to both couples and singles of all ages. 

David Dumez:
David’s group meets at Caryl Currier's home near the church. They are a group for singles over the age of 30. They have a wonderful time of fun and fellowship. 

Leon and Dottie Burke:
Leon and Dottie’s group is a special group just for young married couples. Many young couples also have young kids, so Leon and Dottie often meet in the park or even at McDonalds's so that the children have something to do. This is definitely the group for couples with children. Leon and Dottie have been counseling young married couples for many years and they bring a wealth of experience to their care group. To help the parents with young children this group meets at 5:00 P.M. instead of 6:00 P.M. 

Shawn Saylor:
Shawn’s group is the college and career group. The age of this group ranges from 18 to 35 and they do a variety of fun activities from bowling to Bible study. The group is all about having fun and making godly friendships.
